IPPS will collect and store

INDIVIDUAL USERS FROM THIS GENERAL COLLECTED DATA.
We use the aggregate
statistical information we
collect to measure the number of visitors to the
different sections of our site and to help us make our site more useful to
visitors. All aggregate statistical information collected is password
protected and accessible only to Dr. Daniel Baney, President of IPPS and
